The NASAAG Executive Board of Directors is young Ghanaian students and graduates who have demonstrated a high level of promising leadership and management skills in business and entrepreneurship in their line of social duties or responsibilities as youth and student leaders and activists.

COMPOSITION & FUNCTION

The Executive Board of Directors are appointed to enact policies, and strategies for the smooth growth and development of the Academy, and explore and lobby opportunities for the Academy and its beneficiaries. Also, responsible for administrative mechanisms for staff, partners, and corporate associates, and responsible for the evaluation and assessment of the management team and Trustees.

The Executives Responsibilities;

• Draw and supervise programmes, and prepare the annual calendar for activities of the year.
• Serve as Career and Teen/Peer guidance Mentors and Coaches for JHS, SHS, and Tertiary students.
• Initiate new ideas, participate, and facilitate NASAAG campus tour training summits, workshops, and conferences.
• Prepare NASAAG yearly budget and review financial reports and other critical information regularly.
• Create and recruit NASAAG faculty of community and campus ambassadors.
• Prepare proposals and seek sponsorship, partnership, and raise resources to implement and execute projects or programmes.
• Search and collaborate with schools (SHSs, Colleges, and Universities) for NASAAG Campus Tour programs and Impact Programmes.
• Create and review categories and criteria for nomination and analyze and interpret works of nominees or applicants for qualification for entry.
