To be the best training and credible awarding academy; projecting students as future industry players, leaders in Ghana and beyond. While molding the minds of students and guiding them toward achieving greatness and excellence.
Mission
To elevate the scope of students through inspiration and mentorship to enhance their skill capital equipping them with the necessary tools to excel in their chosen fields, fostering innovation and creativity to solve industry and societal challenges. To partner with Government and Non-Governmental Organizations, and local and international firms to solicit support in kind of financial sponsorship, scholarship, internship, and mentorship for students in their career paths and career enhancement.

To bridge the gap between industry and academia for Ghana’s economic growth. To resource students with competitive-skilled-competence to feed the industry, career advancement and self-development.

Our Uniqueness
We are generationally focused, envisioned, and committed to nurturing a disciplined generation
driving all the economic prosperity indicators for a generation young and unborn. We do so by
orienting, grooming, and training students, youth through industrial, political, educational, and
social, conferences, seminars, and workshops to equip them with competitive contemporary
skills, knowledge with attitude base, to excel in their path or chosen fields of expertise, whiles
they are still students.
OUR PROGRAMMES (FOCUS AREAS & INITIATIVES)
In the vision of the academy, promoting and projecting future industry players and leaders in
Ghana and beyond, empower, support, to properly position students and youths in their
respective chosen field of expertise, the academy organizes summits/conferences & workshops
to, groom, train, by mentoring the students to develop skills beyond academic qualifications to
equip them to meet the standard requirements for contemporary global-job-market, through the
following program;
Training and counseling workshops are put together to orient the students on the right set of decisions best for choosing career goals based on talent, passion, education, and professional or personal and mentorship assessment.
Enhancing employability skills through honing personal discipline and development, how to monetize talent and passion, developing the right mindset, attitude, emotional resilience, corporate etiquette, developing problem-solving ability, and embracing professional ethics for career successes.
Offering comprehensive practical training which enables students to understand the generic traits and peculiar requisites for the entrepreneurial ecosystem with the ability to develop a viable business concept and pursue it, as well as improve and scale up existing enterprises.
A well-designed and tailored contemporary leadership module underpinned by a tried and tested creative leadership curriculum feasible for proper foundational leadership in all personal and career growth.
The ‘IT & Digital Economy’ is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in IT and Digital expertise for self-employment, employable opportunities and driving innovations for business success and development. Covering areas such as cybersecurity, data analytics, blogging, web designing, and social media marketing, etc.
Offering workshops on economic opportunities within the agriculture-business ecosystem, while introducing students to the concept, impact/effect, and associated economic prospects or opportunities to climate protection and circular economy initiatives.
We lobby and source for investment opportunities for students with business or any commercial enterprise or students with a viable business concept, study scholarship, and industrial internship opportunities.
